Two Week Notice

A two week advanced notice for custom orders is required.

If my schedule permits, I may be able to accommodate last minute orders. However, I do reserve the right to charge either a 25% rush fee or a $25 fee, whichever is greater.

Order Confirmation

Your order is not confirmed until you receive a notification from me which explicitly confirms the details of your order and payment is received.

If your order is under $150, the full amount is due before your order is confirmed. For orders over $150, you may secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance will be due 14 days before your pickup date.

Cancellation

If your order has been confirmed and you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.

For orders cancelled at least 15 days before the pickup date, 50% of your order amount will be refunded if full payment was received. Please note for orders secured with a 50% deposit, this amount is non-refundable and in the case of cancellation, the remaining balance of your order will no longer be due.

For any orders cancelled within 14 days from the pickup date, there will be no refund and the full amount of your order will be due.
