Q: How much do your cookies cost?

A: Custom cookies do not have a standard price and the price will vary based on the size and complexity of the design / decorating techniques that are required. Please see my Cookie Pricing page for guidelines. If you would like a price quote for your event, please complete the Contact Form.

Q: I read the Cookie Pricing page but still need further clarification.

A: You can get a specific price quote, if you complete the Contact Form and provide as clear of details as possible for the most accurate estimate.

Q: Can you breakdown your cookie pricing in a simple way?

A: For a simplified example, lets use the standard cookie size (approx. 3.5 inches), and pricing would be broken down as follows:

  • Simple designs with 1-2 colors, plus white - $58 per dozen

  • Semi-detailed with 2-3 colors, plus white - $65 per dozen (no airbrush or lettering)

  • Detailed designs with 3-4 colors, plus white - $68 per dozen (may include airbrushing and lettering)

  • Floral and Metallic designs - $72 per dozen

  • Elaborate designs such as logos, characters, and hand painting will start at $75 per dozen

If you would like smaller or larger cookies, then you can estimate the price to be higher or lower than the example above.

Shipping

The Cookie Counter is a Texas Cottage Based Operation and as such I do not ship. All orders must be picked up in North Austin, Texas 78753.

Payment

Q: When is payment due?

A: Full payment is required in order to secure your order on my calendar. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a notification from me which explicitly confirms the details of your order and payment has been received.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.

Q: My order amount is over $150 and I’m not comfortable paying the full amount up front.

A: If your order is over $150, you may secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance will be due 14 days before your pickup date.
